TDCI’s Admissions / Recognitions table mixes reinsurers, surplus lines, life, and PROPERTY rows. Three 2026 PROPERTY admissions on the August 31, 2026 as-of update are FIRST PROTECTIVE INSURANCE COMPANY (NAIC 10897, FL, 1/1/2026), ICW National Insurance Company (NAIC 24635, CA, 4/15/2026), and Lone Peak Insurance Company (NAIC 16694, UT, 5/11/2026).

Those January–May PROPERTY lines are separate from the asterisked August admissions set. For homeowners and landlords, the practical use of the table is name-and-NAIC matching — not a promise that any of these carriers will bind a specific East Tennessee risk.

Which property companies appear on TDCI’s 2026 admissions list?

Among PROPERTY license-type rows, TDCI lists FIRST PROTECTIVE INSURANCE COMPANY (NAIC 10897, FL, 1/1/2026), ICW National Insurance Company (NAIC 24635, CA, 4/15/2026), and Lone Peak Insurance Company (NAIC 16694, UT, 5/11/2026).

What does the PROPERTY license type mean on the table?

TDCI prints PROPERTY as the license type for those admission rows. This article restates the public label only; it does not list which homeowners or commercial forms each company may file.

Are these the asterisked August admissions?

No. First Protective, ICW National, and Lone Peak are dated January–May 2026 without August asterisks. Asterisked August admissions are a separate public set.

Does an admission guarantee I can buy a policy tomorrow?

No. An admissions row is not a quote, not an appointment list, and not a coverage promise. Consumers still need a licensed producer and an actual offer.

How should I use the NAIC number from the table?

Copy the NAIC number from any proposal or declarations page and compare it to TDCI’s admissions row so the legal name matches before you pay a premium.

Where do rate changes for property carriers show up?

Approved homeowners rate filings appear on TDCI’s monthly homeowners rate table and in SERFF Filing Access. Admissions and rate filings are different public lists.

How current is the monthly update?

The page states it is as of August 31, 2026, and last updated September 9, 2026 at 10:40 AM.

How can All Seasons help when a new property company name appears on a quote?

Call 865-263-1400 or visit asigtn.com/get-a-quote/ for a free personal policy review. Bring the quote so the NAIC number can be checked against TDCI’s list.
