The Tennessee Department of Commerce and Insurance publishes a company-by-company Workers Compensation Loss Cost Multipliers listing. The public page and PDF are stamped as of August 3, 2026 (page last modified August 6, 2026). Each row shows a company name, an effective date, a group name, and an LCM. That is not Order No. 25-64’s −2.0% March 1, 2026 voluntary loss-cost decrease. It is not Order No. 26-54’s +4.8% October 1, 2026 increase. It is the multiplier table carriers file against NCCI loss costs.
An LCM is not a finished premium. This article is informational only. It does not promise coverage, price, eligibility, or that any employer’s bill equals a printed multiplier.

What did Tennessee post on the workers’ compensation loss-cost multiplier listing?

The HTML table opens with “As of August 3, 2026.” The PDF header reads “TN Workers’ Compensation Loss Cost Multiplier Listing Recorded as of August 3, 2026.” Columns are Company Name, Eff Date, Group Name, and LCM.

Does an LCM equal an employer’s premium change?
No. A loss-cost multiplier sits on top of NCCI loss costs. Classification codes, payroll or other exposure bases, experience rating, schedule rating, and other rating values still apply. Do not paste 1.887 onto a household auto renewal. Do not paste 2.160 onto a homeowners row. Do not treat an LCM as a percent decrease or increase by itself. The information page and the renewal offer print the premium in force.
How is the LCM listing different from the March 1 and October 1 loss-cost orders?
Order No. 25-64 approved a 2.0% voluntary loss-cost decrease effective March 1, 2026. Order No. 26-54 approved a 4.8% increase effective October 1, 2026. Our October 1 4.8% post covers that later order. The LCM listing is a different public table: company multipliers recorded as of August 3, 2026. Read the order that matches the rating effective date, then read the LCM row that matches the issuing company. Do not paste one document onto the other.
Which public sample rows appear with 2026 effective dates?
Hundreds of rows on the August 3 listing carry 2026 effective dates. The sample table above is a short public cut only. ACE Fire Underwriters prints 3/1/2026, Chubb Ltd Grp, LCM 0.850. Amerisure Mutual prints 3/1/2026, Amerisure Co Grp, LCM 2.607. Continental Casualty prints 3/1/2026, CNA Insurance Grp, LCM 3.053. Those numbers are not forecasts for any payroll. They are the printed multipliers on the public listing.
How can a Tennessee employer look up its company’s LCM?
Start on TDCI’s Workers Compensation page. Open the Loss Cost Multipliers webpage or PDF. Find the issuing company name exactly as it appears on the information page. Read the Eff Date and LCM columns. For underlying filing material TDCI has made public, use SERFF Filing Access for Tennessee. Appointment line on that portal: (615) 741-2825. Help finding a filing: (615) 741-5074.
What should a Tennessee employer do this week with an LCM listing?
- Pull the current workers’ compensation information page—the page, not a cropped premium total.
- Confirm the issuing company name and the rating effective date.
- Open the August 3, 2026 LCM listing and find that company.
- Line the printed LCM next to the renewal offer. Compute any premium change without rounding.
- If the rating date is on or after October 1, 2026, also read Order No. 26-54 (+4.8%). If it is still on the March 1 baseline, read Order No. 25-64 (−2.0%).

What if a billed premium does not match the public loss-cost order or LCM?
TDCI posts Procedures for Addressing Workers’ Compensation Premium Disputes. Separately, Consumer Insurance Services mediates insurance disputes for policies written in Tennessee via the online complaint form. Bring both premiums, the information page, the LCM row, and the matching order. Do not send an AI-generated summary as the complaint.
Does naming a company on the LCM listing mean All Seasons sells that company?
No. Companies appear here only because TDCI printed the row. This article does not say any carrier will quote, renew, or remain available in East Tennessee. It does not say any employer is on a named book. It does not promise coverage, eligibility, or price.
Seasons change. So should your coverage.
All Seasons Insurance Group can sit a workers’ compensation information page next to the August 3 LCM listing and the matching loss-cost order. That is a free policy review or quote—not a coverage promise and not a guarantee of eligibility or price. Call 865-263-1400 or request it at https://asigtn.com/get-a-quote/.
This article is informational only. It does not promise coverage, price, eligibility, or that any LCM will change a specific employer’s premium.
